Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Sakon Nakhon Campus Organize a workshop project “Craft Beer Production” Class 5 by this training The aim is for training participants to be able to further develop their knowledge to create entrepreneurs to transform agricultural products into craft beer, adding value and adding identity to local agricultural products as well. The event is scheduled to take place between 16-17 August 2024 at Khamkoon 2 Meeting Room, Research and Development Building, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Sakon Nakhon Campus. Was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Namphon Pipatpaiboon Assistant Rector and Lecturer Sayam Prachudthasri, Lecturer in Electrical Engineering Faculty of Industry and Technology Asst. Prof. Dr. Sukritchaya Hemathulin, Lecturer, Faculty of Natural Resources Become a lecturer to provide knowledge this time. The training content has many knowledge topics such as principles of craft beer. Raw materials required for producing craft beer Related Laws Preparation of tools and equipment for beer production Packing beer Creating beer foam using the carbonation process Calculating the formula for the amount of ingredients in beer production to get the desired amount of alcohol. And also tried to practice brewing beer with gas pots & electric pots as well.
