Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Sakon Nakhon Campus Organize a workshop project “Craft Beer Production” 4th generation by this training The aim is for training participants to be able to further develop their knowledge to create entrepreneurs to transform agricultural products into craft beer, adding value and adding identity to local agricultural products as well. The event is scheduled to take place between 23-24 March 2024 at Khamkoon 2 Meeting Room, Research and Development Building, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Sakon Nakhon Campus. The training content includes many knowledge topics such as principles of craft beer. Raw materials required for producing craft beer Related Laws Preparation of tools and equipment for beer production Packing beer Creating beer foam using the carbonation process Calculating the formula for the amount of ingredients in beer production to get the desired amount of alcohol. And also tried to practice brewing beer with gas pots & electric pots as well.
